- 2 - 8oz pouch of Good News Tuna
- 1/2 cup white bread torn into small pieces
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives, green onions, or shallots
- 1 raw egg
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- devide into 4 patties while heating 2 tbs olive oil on medium high
- cook until golden brown or 3 or 4 minutes per side
